The University of the District of Columbia may (in its sole discretion) suspend/terminate your access to The University's web site, as well as the use of this web site without notification Including the violation of the Use Policy, or for other conduct that The University deems is harmful/unlawful to others. Note: In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access The Universitys web site, and The University of the District of Columbia will use whatever means necessary to enforce this termination.

Policy on Spamming
The Use Policy is stating that you specifically agree NOT to utilize e-mail addresses obtained by browsing through The University of the District of Columbia's web site to transmit the same or substantially similar unsolicited message to 10 or more recipients in a single day. Also, you agree NOT to transmit the same or substantially similar unsolicited message to 20 or more recipients in a single week (seven consecutive days), unless it is required for legitimate business purposes. You agree to cooperate as fully as may be reasonably possible in the defense of any such claim. The University of the District of Columbia reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You in turn shall not settle any matter without the written consent of The University of the District of Columbia.
Disclaimer of Warranty
